All kindergarten students should have:

• backpack
• 1 box of spoons
• 1 large box of tissues for the class
• 2 boxes of hand wipes for the class
• 1 package of napkins
• 2 packs of dry erase markers-black
• 1 white binder-1 inch with a clear pocket on the front and back
• 1 folder-2 pocket with their name

We will ask for wipes, napkins and other supplies throughout the year.  Napkins are used for snack as are the wipes.

       SECOND GRADE SUPPLY LIST   

Due to the fantastic budgeting of the 1st grade room parents last year, there was over $200.00 of the End Of Year party money left over. This money was used to purchase some 2nd grade supplies for the children. The following supplies WERE PURCHASED for your child and will be waiting for them at school on the first day:

Purchased:
* 1 yellow highlighter
* 1 pocket folder
* 12 yellow pencils that will be sharpened
* 1 box of 24 crayons
* 1 red pen
* 3 glue sticks
* 1 - 70 page spiral notebook
* 1 pack of lined 3 hole paper


The following items were NOT PURCHASED and you are responsible for:

1 hard pencil box @ $1 each at Target
1 pack of cap erasers (for pencil tops)
1 sharp scissors @ $0.50 - $0.75 at Target
1 pack post-its - $1 each at Target
box of tissues
container of baby wipes
ziplock bags (boys: gallon/girls: sandwich)
art shirt (large oversized shirt, buttons are best, t-shirt also okay)  

MOST OF THESE ITEMS MAY BE PURCHASED AT A DOLLAR STORE.

*Please do not send in: markers, small pencil sharpeners, trapper keepers and/or large pencil boxes.

*Due to lack of space and safety concerns in our classrooms, we ask children to purchase a regular backpack instead of one with wheels. (They will not be transporting heavy items.)
